FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) for PayPal & Credit Card Payments.

We are proud to be one of the first companies in South Africa to provide full PayPal intergration into our website! Through PayPal you will now be able to use all major credit cards (ex Visa / Master Card) to buy items off our website, securily and online.

Please take a moment to read through the below FAQ about online payments:

    1.  Are my transactions secure?

PayPal is considered the leader in online payments. All secure aspects of the transactions (handeling of credit card details, payment) is done through the PayPal server using encryption and the latest security protocols (ex SSL). The Miracle Medical website also stores all customer information securely and is not distributed for any marketing purposes or otherwise.

    2.  How do I pay with a credit card (Visa / Master Card)?

After selecting your products for purchase, proceed to the checkout and when prompted for payment options - choose PayPal . This will allow you to pay with either an exisiting PayPal account or using your credit card (all major cards are accepted). You will notice once you have confirmed your order, you will be re-directed to PayPal's website to complete the credit card transaction. If you are a first time user to PayPal, you will be instructed to create a new account.

PLEASE NOTE:

Currently PayPal does not support South African Rands.

For this reason, you will need to change your currency from South African Rands (ZAR) --> to US Dollars (USD). This can be done any time during the Check-out process through the "Currency Selector". All your prices will then be converted to USD for the final payment. Exchange rates are calculated in real time and you will not pay more once the transaction has been converted from ZAR --> USD.
